If you order before lunch time 12.00, we will send your order the same day (work day). Our delivery time is normally between 1-3 work days, depending on where in Sweden you live.
Call or email us with your inquiry. If you need to change size/color/product, we can cancel the order if it hasn't left the warehouse. If the order has left the warehouse, place a new order and return the wrong order. You have to pay for the return freight.
Yes we offer free shipping on all orders within Sweden.
We offer free returns, for a limited time only (from May 8th). To know more, visit Returns & Exchange.
We can change the address if the order hasn't left the warehouse already. If we need to change it later, PostNord will charge a fee of 225 sek. Therefore, always double check your details.
When your order has been delivered, you will receive a text message where you can pick it up. You can track your order at PostNord's website. Enter the tracking number you received in the email from us.
We have limited resources to handle repairs during the holidays and therefor we need to pause all new repair requests. If can’t wait you can send your garment direct to the tailor:
Repairs both inner & outer garments in all our materials, including taped waterproof shell jackets. As a Houdini customer, you get 10% on all their repairs, state Houdini10 at contact.
