We want you to be happy with your purchase and that your Houdini products will be with you for a long time ahead, therefore we have a 365 days return policy. This extended policy applies to all of our assortment, with one exception: Since underwear is a hygiene product, the product has to be unused and still in its sealed package. Other items need to be in the same condition as you received them with labels and tags still attached.
You are welcome to return any item bought from us online in one of our physical stores in Stockholm, Åre or Göteborg.
We offer you free returns and if you wish to make a return you can use the original package to re-pack your return item and seal it with the second glue stripe. You can return the package at your nearest Postnord service point with the attached return slip. You can track your order using the tracking id given by the service point. If you want to exchange an item, the easiest and quickest way is to complete a new order in the shop for the product you wish to have instead. Return the original item to us according to above instructions.
