The following terms and conditions of purchase and use apply to the sale of clothing and other movable property (hereinafter referred to as "the products") from Houdini Sportswear AB, organization number 556623-5700 (hereinafter referred to as "Houdini"), unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing between the customer and Houdini.

When selling to consumers, Houdini applies the mandatory rules that follow from current legislation. If you are a trader and wish to place an order, please contact Houdini before making the purchase.

Return policy

We at Houdini obviously want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That's why we always offer open purchase for 30 days from the date of purchase. For a return to be accepted, the item must be returned in its original condition, which means that it must only have been tried on and not used.

When testing swimwear and underwear, this must be done on top of your own underwear for hygiene reasons. Always save your receipt and return the product together with the original packaging and any labels and tags.

Return shipping

When purchasing in our webshop, you can choose to return the item in one of our own stores or send it back free of charge to our main warehouse.

To reduce the environmental impact, we recommend that you reuse the original bag and seal the package with the extra adhesive strip. Then hand in the shipment to any PostNord representative with the included return label. When the package has been registered, you will receive a package number that makes it possible to track the return.

Products bought online can always be returned free of charge in one of our own stores in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Åre.

Refund for invoice purchases

If you have chosen to pay via Klarna, we recommend that you save the shipment's tracking number. When the return has been submitted, log in to Klarna or the Klarna app and select the "Report return" option for the current invoice. The invoice is then paused until the return has been processed.

When we have received and approved the return, the invoice is adjusted automatically and you receive a confirmation from Klarna via e-mail. If you only returned parts of the order, an updated invoice will be sent for the products you chose to keep.

Refund for card purchases

If the payment was made by card, the return amount will be refunded to the same card that was used for the purchase. The refund normally takes place within 14 days from the time we received and approved the return.

Changed

If you want to change to a different size, color or product, we recommend that you place a new order for the item you want. You then return the original product according to our return conditions. This is the fastest and easiest way to complete a switch.
