Terms of Use

The following terms and conditions of purchase and use apply to the sale of clothing and other movable property (hereinafter referred to as the products) by Houdini Sportswear AB, Org number: 556623-5700, (hereinafter referred to as houdinisportswear.com), unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing between the respective customer (hereinafter referred to as the customer) and houdinisportswear.com. When selling to consumers, houdinisportswear.com applies the mandatory rules that follow from the applicable legislation. If you are a trader and wish to order, please contact houdinisportswear.com before purchasing.

Shipping & delivery

All orders placed before 12.00 are normally sent the same day, valid on weekdays. We offer several regional shipping methods. The delivery time varies depending on the country you are shopping from. You will be notified by SMS to the mobile number you enter when placing your order. 
When buying, customs duties and taxes are included in the final price. 

Responsibility

Houdini Sportswear AB is responsible for payment if the goods are damaged or lost on the way to you. You must then contact our customer service as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. If the item is lost or damaged when you return the item, you will be liable for payment.

Open purchase

We at Houdini obviously want you to be satisfied with your item. That's why we always give you open purchase for one month. The only condition is that the item is returned in its original condition, i.e. that it is only tested and not used. When trying on underwear, please do this over your own underwear for hygiene reasons. Save the receipt and always attach the original packaging and any tags. In the case of dirty returns, we make a deduction from the refund.

Return shipping

Purchases made via our webshop, you send back to our main warehouse. If you want to return an item, please reuse the original bag and reseal the package with the second adhesive strip. Use the enclosed return label (applies to the EU) and hand it in at any agent of your choice. You can track your package through the tracking number you receive from the agent when you hand in your shipment. For more information about our returns read more here.

Refund on return

Once we have received the package back, the product goes through our return check and once approved, you are refunded via the same payment method you used when placing your order.

If you want to exchange an item, the easiest and fastest way is to place a new order on the website, for the item you want to exchange. Then you return your first order to us according to our terms of purchase.
