Our design philosophy is about creating products that last a long time. Products that, thanks to their quality, style and performance simply does not need to be replaced.

The idea is to extend the life of our products by all means to ensure that your Houdini companion can accompany you on as many adventures as possible. When your product is finally worn out, please return it to us so we can recycle it into new Houdini products.

Should any part fail prematurely, we will replace or repair it. If you damage a Houdini product, we'll be happy to help repair it at a reasonable price.

What is covered by the warranty?

If any component breaks prematurely or the material does not meet the promised quality, the warranty covers it, for example if a button comes loose, a seam opens or a zipper breaks without the garment otherwise being worn. If this happens, we will help you repair it for free or send you components so you can repair the garment yourself. Email our complaints department  care@houdinisportswear.com

What is not covered by the warranty?

We see wear and tear caused by normal use as something beautiful and it is not covered by the warranty. Here are some examples of things that are not warranty issues:

• Wear and tear that occurs when a garment has been used a lot, e.g. that the fabric is torn in the cuffs or seams where the thread has worn off.
• That the zipper feels tough or starts to become more difficult to close on a well-used garment.
• Grumpy due to external influence beyond the normal, for example from a backpack or velcro.
• Damage caused by improper washing or handling.
• Tears or other damage caused by external influences. We will of course help you to repair your garment in the best way and at a reasonable cost.

Do you want help with a repair?

We will of course help you with repairs to your Houdini garments even when they are not covered by our warranty. We do it with high quality and at a reasonable cost so that you will benefit from them for a long time to come. Email our repair department care@houdinisportswear.com
