How long will it take before I receive my order?
If you order before 12:00 noon, we will ship your order the same weekday. The delivery time is normally 1-3 working days depending on where in Sweden you live.
I have ordered the wrong size/color/product, how do I change to the right one?
Call or email us and let us know your request. If we have time to stop the order before the warehouse has packed it, the order will be cancelled and refunded. You can then place a new order. Otherwise, place a new order and return the incorrect one.
Do you have free shipping within Sweden?
Yes, we have free shipping on all orders within Sweden.
How do I return an order?

I left the wrong address. What can I do?
If we have time to change the address before the order leaves the warehouse, we will do so. In some cases, there is no time for that and then a change costs 225 SEK (a fee that PostNord charges that we cannot influence). Therefore, double check when placing an order that your information is correct.
My order has been shipped. How do I know when it's there?
Once your package has been delivered, you will receive a text message about where you can pick it up. You can track your order at PostNord's website by entering the tracking number in the email you received from us.
My garment has broken. What do I do?
Repamera x Houdini
We are pleased to offer you a fast and efficient repair service in cooperation with Repamera. You will receive a stamped bag directly to your mailbox. Pack & hand in at a PostNord agent. Back within 10 days. Repairs both indoor and outer garments in all our materials.
For complaints, send an email to caresweden@houdinisportswear.com or visit one of our Houdini stores and you will get help fixing your garment.
