Our terms and conditions apply between the user and Houdini Sportswear AB during the use of the service and during the ordering process by Houdini Sportswear.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and that your Houdini products will be with you for a long time ahead, therefore we have a 365 days return policy. The only condition is that the items need to be in the same condition as you received them, meaning tested not worn and with labels + tags still attached. When buying underwear, please only try them on outside of your own underwear for hygienic reasons.
A prepaid return label will be added to all web-orders as of May 8th until further notice. Please note that the free returns policy does not apply to our Reuse products. Read more about the temporary free return policy and why we do it here.
If you wish to make a return you can use the original package to re-pack your return item and seal it with the second glue stripe. Return the parcel at any service point as an ordinary letter/package. We recommend that you choose traceable package for safety.

Remember, you are always welcome to return any item bought from us online in one of our physical stores in Stockholm, Åre or Göteborg.
Congratulations on your purchase of a Houdini Reuse-garment. These items have the same terms & conditions as normal assortment, but the return is sent to our Stockholm office. You will receive all the necessary information in your follow up email upon ordering. If you have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Remember to send the package so that it is possible to track and save the tracking number. Then log in to Klarna or their app and click on "Rapportera retur" (Report return) on the invoice you want to manage, followed by "I have returned my goods". Then the invoice is paused and you do not have to worry that it will expire while you wait for us to handle the return.
When we have received the package back, we will adjust the invoice and you will receive a confirmation from Klarna via email. If you chose to keep parts of the order, you will receive an updated invoice so that you can pay for the goods you have at home.
You can easily follow the invoice by logging in to Klarna or the app after you have reported the return.
If you paid by credit card, we will credit the return amount on your card within 14 days of receiving your return. Shipping costs will only be refunded when goods are claimed.
If you want to exchange an item, the easiest and quickest way is to complete a new order in the shop for the product you wish to have instead. Return the original item to us according to above instructions.
When placing an order the full amount is reserved on your account by Houdinisportswear.com. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch. All transactions on Houdini Sportswear online shop in Sweden are processed using Klarna Checkout, a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. houdinisportswear.com makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
If you chose to pay with invoice an invoice will be sent to the email you give us when placing your order. Note that you need to be registered on the delivery address to be able to order on invoice. Payment needs to be paid within 14 days from the date of the invoice. If your payment is delayed you will get a written reminder and extra fee to pay all according to law. We ship all orders within EU on Carriage-Paid-To (CPT) basis meaning we cover the risk and costs until the shipment arrive at the first terminal of transit. IF any problems arise after this point, we will help you out and resolve the issue. Please contact our customer support for assistance.
We can change the address if the order hasn't left the warehouse already. If we need to change it later, PostNord will charge a fee of 225 sek. Therefore, always double check your details.
If we receive packages from a customer/recipient who has refused the package sent them, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all the costs incurred in such return + a handling cost of 300 SEK.
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will get your money back.

Our design philosophy is about providing you with products that last. Products that, by their quality, style and functionality, simply don’t need to be replaced.
This is why we offer a product lifetime warranty. Every part of a Houdini product is designed to last its entire lifetime. Should any part fail at an earlier stage, we will repair or replace it. If you happen to damage a Houdini product, we are happy to provide the same repair service at a reasonable price.
The idea is to extend product lifetime in every way possible and to make sure your Houdini companion travels with you for as long as possible. Once your product eventually wears out, please remember to hand it in so that we can recycle it into another great Houdini product!
