Together with the lovely folks at 29K we have curated a playlist of exercises for mental health, wellbeing and inner development on their app Aware. The journey forward to nature is an adventure into your inner and outer nature.
The journey to our inner nature
We are on an extraordinary ride forward to nature and it is about more than adventuring into the great outdoors. For us as a team and as individuals, it’s about staying humble and curious to expand our perspectives, explore the unknown, learn and co-create with others. It’s about being able to reimagine the new and letting go of the outdated. It’s about staying rooted in our values and true to our vision, no matter the complexity, headwind or how unconventional our path might seem. Last but not least, it’s about reconnecting to the rhythm of the living world and its beauty, awe and wonder!
A journey guided by science
In both cases we are guided by science. The Planetary Boundaries framework, guiding us to our outer nature, the planet and its biosphere and the Inner Development Goals framework, guiding us to our inner nature and our capacities for being, thinking, relating, collaborating and acting. Just as we train our bodies to stay healthy and prepare for upcoming adventures, we can train our minds.
