Your Role and Impact
As a Customer Service Specialist – Back Office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and accurate order handling process for our B2B customers. You’ll be the critical link between customers, the sales team, logistics, and finance—working both operationally and analytically to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a Temporary (12-14) months Maternity Cover Contract but with good possibilities to turn into a permanent role.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing the full order data flow (B2B), including order entry and confirmations
- Performing data quality checks across systems
- Daily communication with B2B customers
- Proactively managing delays or early shipments
- Coordinating with Finance regarding credit hold situations
- Generating regular reports on order, and account status
- Acting as a backup for logistics back office operations
Additional responsibilities:
- Identifying and driving process improvements
- Contributing to high service quality through clear communication and ownership
- Working closely with logistics and finance to create a high-quality control environment
Who You Are
- Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented with a high level of energy
- Strong Excel skills – you love working with data
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Process-driven with solid technical understanding
- Clear and professional communicator in both Swedish and English
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with a customer service mindset
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and reliability
We Would Love to Hear From Candidates With:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a back office customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
