Tencel puts the Tree in Tree Tee
Tree Tee is designed in a purely plant based circular Tencel fabric made from sustainably sourced wood fibers. Rain, soil and sun is all it takes to produce the raw material for Tree Tee and when the garment is worn out, the biodegradable fabric can return to nature.
Making the Tree Tee
The fiber for the Tree Tee fabric is produced in Lenzig, Austria, using only sustainably sourced wood carrying the FSC® certification. The fiber is biodegradable and the production process to transform the wood pulp to cellulose fibers is a closed loop process where 99% of the spinning solvent is recycled.
