Why is it called The Orange?

Because the brief to our design team when creating the original The Orange Jacket was to create a fully waterproof, stowable shell jacket that could be packed down to the size of an orange. The idea with The Orange Series is that you should always be able to fit the garments in your backpack and be prepared for any unexpected mountain weather. These 3-layer waterproof, breathable shell garments do not feel like any other shells. They are soft, smooth, silent and so light that you can barely feel that you wear anything at all.
