We’re looking for a curious and outgoing individual to join our team as a Sales and Community Manager DACH. The person in this role is responsible for implementing and managing the company sales, marketing, and distribution objectives for Europe, mainly DACH. Focusing on sales and dealer service, the primary objective is to use the variety of Houdini resources to meet the individual needs of the wholesale dealers’ businesses to increase sales and nurture relationships between the brand and its sales partners. As our Social & Community Lead, we want you to shape and execute the brand’s multi-channel social and community strategy to cultivate our community, create engagement, strengthen brand awareness and broaden our reach!
You will develop and orchestrate the editorial calendar, including planning, production and distribution of content for Houdini’s digital channels. In addition to that, you will plan for and coordinate cross-pollination between online and off-line, including PR and Houdini showrooms, hangouts and events. Develop creative briefs, performance metrics and goals to provide clarity and focus for the team and partners are tasks you will handle daily.
To interact with our community on a continuous basis, encouraging conversations, initiating dialogue and moderating across platforms and channels comes natural to you.
