Shipments within the European Union are not subject to import taxes and duties, meaning you will only pay what is shown in checkout.
The prices on our website include Swedish VAT at 25 % for orders within Europe but without on export orders. If you place an order to a country within Europe but outside EU you might be able to claim the VAT back from your government with the receipt stating VAT.
If we receive packages from a customer/recipient who has refused the package sent them by DHL, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all the costs incurred in such return + a handling cost of 30 EUR.
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will get your money back.
• Bought through one of our retailers: We can only accept products for reclaims if they were bought on the www.houdinisportswear.com website or in one of our brand stores. If you would like to reclaim a product bought at a retailer, please return it to the retailer.
• Bought through our webshop or one of our brand stores: Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +46 (8)-557 746 54. If your products was faulty at delivery, please contact us as soon as you can, no later than 60 days. Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or the wrong products, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake.
If the above is not applicable to your garment or you are only in need of an extra button or such it does not mean that it is without hope. We have great tailors available that, against a cost, can transform and renew well-used Houdini garments. We want you to be happy with your purchase and that your Houdini products will be with you for a long time ahead, therefore we have a 1 year return policy. This extended policy applies to all of our assortment, with one exception: Since underwear is a hygiene product, the product has to be unused and still in its sealed package. Other items need to be in the same condition as you received them with labels and tags still attached.
If you wish to make a return you can use the original package to re-pack your return item and seal it with the second glue stripe. You, the customer, pay for the freight of the return and is responsible together with the shipment company for the goods until they reach us. Return the parcel at any service point as an ordinary letter/package. We recommend that you choose traceable package for safety.

All transactions on Houdini Sportswear Online Shop are processed using DIBS, a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. When placing an order the full amount is reserved on your account by Houdinisportswear.com. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch.
All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Houdinisportswear.com makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
We offer our customers to securely and conveniently send and receive payments online using PayPal. When you use PayPal, your financial information is kept private and every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction. You can choose to pay with VISA, MasterCard, American Express or your already registered PayPal account.
