We want you to be happy with your purchase and that your Houdini products will be with you for a long time ahead, therefore we have a 365 days return policy. The only condition is that the items need to be in the same condition as you received them, meaning tested not worn and with labels + tags still attached. When buying underwear, please only try them on outside of your own underwear for hygienic reasons.

Return freight

You, the customer, pay for the freight of the return and is responsible together with the shipment company for the gods until they reach us. If an item is faulty or wrong, we will of course cover the fee of the return freight.

If you wish to make a return you can use the original package to re-pack your return item and seal it with the second glue stripe. Return the parcel at any service point as an ordinary letter/package. We recommend that you choose traceable package for safety.

Return payment

We will credit the return amount on your card or Paypal account within 14 days of receiving your return. Shipping costs will not be returned unless your order is granted a claim.

If you wish to exchange your product; please place a new order on the product you want and make a return of the original product.

Creditcard via Adyen

All transactions on Houdini Sportswear Online Shop are processed using Adyen, a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. When placing an order the full amount is reserved on your account by Houdinisportswear.com. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch.

All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Houdinisportswear.com makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

PayPal

We offer our customers to securely and conveniently send and receive payments online using PayPal. When you use PayPal, your financial information is kept private and every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction. You can choose to pay with VISA, MasterCard, American Express or your already registered PayPal account.

We ship on a Delivery-Duty-Paid basis

Shipments outside the European Union are shipped Delivery-Duty-Paid (incoterm DDP), meaning you will only pay what is shown in checkout. We cover the risk and costs for the package until it reaches its destination. This means the local pick-up point or center.

Change of address after placing an order

We can change the address if the order hasn't left the warehouse already. If we need to change it later, we will charge a fee of €30 or equivalent to cover the handling cost with the shipping agency. Therefore, always double check your details.

Unclaimed packages

If we receive notice of packages refused by a customer/recipient who has ordered with us online, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all the costs incurred in such return + a handling cost of €30 or equivalent .

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will get your money back.

Bought through one of our retailers:

• We can only accept products for reclaims if they were bought on the www.houdinisportswear.com website or in one of our brand stores. If you would like to reclaim a product bought at a retailer, please return it to the retailer.

Bought through our webshop:

• Contact us at care@houdinisportswear.com or call us on +46 (8)-557 746 54.  If your products was faulty at delivery, please contact us as soon as you can, no later than 60 days. Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or the wrong products, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake.

Repair an item or replace a button

Do you have a garment that you want to mend back into use? We are happy to help you out. Read more about our repair service here. 

Our design philosophy is about providing you with products that last. Products that, by their quality, style and functionality, simply don’t need to be replaced.

This is why we offer a product lifetime warranty. Every part of a Houdini product is designed to last its entire lifetime. Should any part fail at an earlier stage, we will repair or replace it. If you happen to damage a Houdini product, we are happy to provide the same repair service at a reasonable price.

The idea is to extend product lifetime in every way possible and to make sure your Houdini companion travels with you for as long as possible. Once your product eventually wears out, please remember to hand it in so that we can recycle it into another great Houdini product!

Promotions and sale prices are based on regular prices and cannot be combined with other discounts or Reuse products.

All promotions on houdinisportswear.com are time-limited and valid as long as it is communicated and the price is reduced. Some colors on a specific product may have different discount rates and it is always the price that is confirmed when placing the order that applies.

Contact customer service before placing your order if you suspect the wrong price.
