Women's Liquid Chore Shorts are created as a real summer multi-tool for outdoor life. The combination of materials, fit and pocket placements make them an obvious choice for activities such as rock climbing or hiking in hot and humid climates.
How does it work?
Where durability meets comfort, you'll find Women's Liquid Chore Shorts. They are made of Liquid Rock - a synthetic material and a Houdini classic that we have tested and refined over many years. A mixture of 93% recycled polyamide and 7% elastane make the fabric extremely durable without adding unnecessary weight. It has a soft, dry feel against the skin that is very comfortable in hot or humid conditions.
The pants have one relaxed fit and an integrated belt at the waist. Thanks to a zippered security pocket in the right hand pocket, you can store the passport safely on the trip - or keep the keys in place during the climb or commute.
When should I use them?
The Women's Liquid Chore Shorts are designed to be a true multi-tool. Climbing, hiking, swimming, paddling, camping or basically anything. The lightweight, packable fabric that is extremely easy to care for makes them a perfect travel partner. If you're going to a deserted island and can only bring a pair of shorts, this is a safe choice.

Materials and technology
The Liquid Rock™ fabric is an ultralight, quick-drying material developed for versatility and comfort in hot climates. It consists of 56% polyamide, 38% recycled polyamide and 6% elastane, which provides a light, stretchy fabric for unrestricted movement.
The fabric's tight weave ensures durability without added weight, while its brushed surface provides a soft, cotton-like feel against the skin. Liquid Rock™ is also breathable and effectively wicks away moisture, making it ideal for activities such as hiking, rock climbing and to travel in.
In addition, the fabric is Bluesign® certified, which guarantees an environmentally responsible manufacturing process.

Care advice
base layer, base garment and fleece
When washing clothes made of synthetic materials, it is especially important to prevent the spread of microfibres in the water by using a laundry bag.
- Air clothes instead of washing if the clothes are not too dirty. You save water, energy and it makes the clothes last longer.
- Feel free to use a laundry bag. It protects your garments and prevents microfibers from leaking out. When cleaning the bag and filter in the machine, make sure to wipe clean and dispose of lint in the bin. Never rinse the laundry bag with water as the fibers can then end up in lakes and oceans.
- Wash at a maximum of 40 degrees.
- Wash with mild environmentally certified detergents and be sure to use the correct dosage.
- Avoid fabric softener. In addition to being bad for the environment, it impairs the garment's performance, especially moisture transport and drying time.
- Do not tumble dry, it wears out both the clothes and the environment unnecessarily. Most synthetic garments dry quickly anyway.
- Hang dry.
