Description
Wrap yourself in a warm and fluffy cloud of warmth. The Cloud is an extremely versatile reinforcement garment that can transform from jacket to blanket, pillow or extension of your sleeping bag.
Houdini's design team has worked on the idea of The Cloud for a long time; a jacket that can be transformed into completely different types of garments or products. When it was finally launched, the success was a fact. The light, warm and very versatile garment is used today for everything from everyday warmth to protection on mountain expeditions. Whatever adventure adds The Cloud the extra heat you need.
The Cloud is manufactured in durable polyester from recycled fibers, and lined with 80g Primaloft® Silver Eco. The high collar protects you from chilly winds, and the relaxed fit combined with three-quarter length sleeves means that the garment works smoothly over your usual winter jacket or sweater. The jacket compresses easily to pack in a smaller backpack, and dries quickly. recycled, recyclable, PFAS free and BlueSign® certified. The Cloud challenges the standard for how environmental impact can be minimized.
Are you looking for a new level of reinforcement to keep you warm during your adventures? The Cloud a given choice. When the product is eventually completely worn out, it can be advantageously returned to Houdini for recycling.

Care advice
Synthetic clothing
When washing clothes made of synthetic materials, it is especially important to prevent the spread of microfibres in the water by using a laundry bag.
- Air clothes instead of washing if the clothes are not too dirty. You save water, energy and it makes the clothes last longer.
- Feel free to use a laundry bag. It protects your garments and prevents microfibers from leaking out. When cleaning the bag and filter in the machine, make sure to wipe clean and dispose of lint in the bin. Never rinse the laundry bag with water as the fibers can then end up in lakes and oceans.
- Wash at a maximum of 40 degrees.
- Wash with mild environmentally certified detergents and be sure to use the correct dosage.
- Avoid fabric softener. In addition to being bad for the environment, it impairs the garment's performance, especially moisture transport and drying time.
- Tumble dry on low heat.
- Iron on low heat.
sustainability
Bluesign®
The label Bluesign® means that a third party ensures that all harmful chemicals or substances are eliminated from the production process right from the start. It benefits both humans, animals and the entire planet.
circular
The label circular means that this product is made from either recycled and recyclable, or renewable and biodegradable materials. Most products in today's society are linear, where the earth's resources are extracted, used and then discarded. This does not work in the long run and causes enormous strain on the environment. Instead, we want to close the circle and reuse the materials we already have. But we need your help. When your Houdini products are completely worn out, return them to us through our recycling units located in all our own stores and many retailers.
recycled
The label recycled means that this garment contains at least 50% recycled fibers (often more, see product description). The source is either recycled clothing or other sources such as PET bottles. We mainly use recycled polyester, which has many advantages. It reduces both CO2 emissions and water use compared to virgin polyester. One of our suppliers shows that mechanically recycled polyester saves 32% CO2 and uses 94% less water. In addition to the footprint of production, the big difference is that we use "waste" as raw material instead of crude oil.
Recyclable
The label Recyclable means that the fabric in this product is completely recyclable. Instead of becoming waste, the material can be used to manufacture new products. Our goal is to take no material from the earth's crust into our products by 2030. Circular products, made from recycled and recyclable materials, is a big change but we need your help to make the system work. Return your Houdini garments to us when they are completely worn out. We have recycling units in all our own stores and at many retailers.
