What makes them special?
More Pants is ours outdoor pants which have all the functions and are designed to cope with tough conditions and all kinds of demanding adventures. They are stretchy and soft against the skin, yet durable and tough enough for all weather and activities.
How do they work?
More Pants for men are made with Motion Comfortshell, a fabric that has been a Houdini stalwart for many years - it's one of our toughest fabrics that we know will stand the test of time. It is one stretchy softshell which is super durable and protects you from wind and water, while it breathes really well and has fantastic wind resistance. The soft twill construction on the inside feels incredibly soft against the skin.
With two zippered hand pockets, two zippered thigh pockets (one of them with an elastic band inside to belay your phone or your keys) there is plenty of room for everything you need to take with you. More Pants have pre-bent knees for optimal freedom of movement, an adjustable hem with an elastic cord and gussets behind the zippers to fit all types of boots. When you get really hot during high-tempo activities, simply open the large zippers along the sides of the thighs for extra ventilation. All pockets and cuts on the More Pants are designed to work with a harness and a backpack without getting in the way or chafing. We made the waist of the More Pants partially elastic for extra comfort and to improve the fit for different body shapes.
When should I use it?
More Pants have all the features that durable softshell pants designed to withstand tough conditions and demanding activities need. Use them for adventures in tough alpine environments, take them climbing or kayaking on colder days. More Pants has everything needed for the most advanced adventures.
The garment is completely recyclable and we ask that you return it to us when it is completely worn out. Nothing goes to waste and we can manufacture new products from the raw materials. We have recycling points in all our stores and at many retailers.

Outer fabric: Motion Comfortshell™
stretchy softsell in a layer with two sides that feels good against the skin and durable exterior. We have used Motion Comfortshell for many years and it is one of our most durable materials. The fabric is treated with a fluorocarbon-free water impregnation.

Care advice
Softshell
Softshell or shell in one layer are garments with water-repellent treatment, but which do not have a membrane.
- Air clothes instead of washing if the clothes are not too dirty. You save water, energy and it makes the clothes last longer. However, if you have used the garment in salt water, if it has become really dirty or sweaty, you should wash it. Otherwise, the ventilation in the garment may deteriorate and moisture may even leak in through the dirt.
- Use a laundry bag. It is important when washing synthetic clothes as it protects your garments and prevents microfibers from leaking out. When cleaning the bag and filter in the machine, make sure to wipe clean and dispose of lint in the bin. Never rinse the laundry bag with water as the fibers can then end up in lakes and oceans.
- Wash at a maximum of 40 degrees.
- Wash with mild environmentally certified detergents and be sure to use the correct dosage.
- Avoid fabric softener. In addition to being bad for the environment, it impairs the garment's performance, especially moisture transport and drying time.
- Hang dry, but add heat to the garment after washing so that the water-repellent surface of the outer fabric is reactivated. Use a heating cabinet, tumble dryer or iron, just make sure to keep an eye on the heat so the garment doesn't melt.
- You can strengthen the impregnation in the garment with a wash-in or spray that you can find in the webshop or in our stores.

circular
This product is completely circular, which means it is made from either recycled and recyclable or renewable and biodegradable materials. Most products in today's society are linear, where the earth's resources are extracted, used and then discarded. This does not work in the long run and causes enormous strain on the environment. Instead, we want to close the circle and reuse the materials we already have. But we need your help. When your Houdini products are completely worn out, return them to us through our recycling units located in all our own stores and many retailers.
Recyclable
The label Recyclable means that the fabric in this product is completely recyclable. Instead of becoming waste, the material can be used to manufacture new products. Our goal is to take no material from the earth's crust into our products by 2030. Circular products, made from recycled and recyclable materials, is a big change but we need your help to make the system work. Return your Houdini garments to us when they are completely worn out. We have recycling units in all our own stores and at many retailers.
