This treatment makes the outer fabric water-repellent, causing water to bead up and roll off the garment. After a few seasons, however, it can wear off, and the outer fabric may start to get wet. If the garment has a membrane, it will still prevent water from passing through. With OrganoTex® Spray-On, you can easily restore the water-repellent effect.
OrganoTex® Spray-On is the result of many years of natural chemical research in biomimetics. It recreates the effect of water rolling off leaves and plants in nature. The product is bio-based and easily biodegradable, leaving nothing harmful in the environment. This is a major advancement compared to conventional fluorocarbon treatments, which are highly toxic and do not break down in nature.
