What makes it special?
Men's Power Up Houdi rests on a strong foundation. The classic Houdini Power Houdi was launched in 2003 and has remained largely unchanged since then. With Power Up Houdi we have collected all the best from Power Houdi and created one more relaxed fit. The looser silhouette gives even greater possibilities for layering and makes the garment extremely versatile.
How does it work?
Men's Power Up Houdi is made in Polartec® Power Stretch™ Pro, an exceptional mid-layer material with triple fiber construction: Polyester as a warming and moisture-wicking base, reinforced with nylon for sustainability and elastane for stretch. The smooth, durable exterior is perfect for layer-on-layer and withstands years of intensive use. The soft, brushed interior feels fantastic against the skin and provides high breathability and efficient moisture transport. Power Up Houdi is equipped with a high collar, relatively tight hood, side pockets with zipper and hidden adjustments in the hood and hem.
When should I use it?
Power Houdi has been the epitome of versatility for two decades, but with the launch of Power Up Houdi maybe it got an overlord. As a further development with relaxed fit of the iconic hoodie, this timeless fleece offers endless possibilities for layering. Wear it under a shell jacket for skiing or hiking, take it on a climbing trip or just wear it as is. Chances are you'll have a hard time taking it off.

Care advice
base layer, base garment and fleece
When washing clothes made of synthetic materials, it is especially important to prevent the spread of microfibres in the water by using a laundry bag.
- Air clothes instead of washing if the clothes are not too dirty. You save water, energy and it makes the clothes last longer.
- Feel free to use a laundry bag. It protects your garments and prevents microfibers from leaking out. When cleaning the bag and filter in the machine, make sure to wipe clean and dispose of lint in the bin. Never rinse the laundry bag with water as the fibers can then end up in lakes and oceans.
- Wash at a maximum of 40 degrees.
- Wash with mild environmentally certified detergents and be sure to use the correct dosage.
- Avoid fabric softener. In addition to being bad for the environment, it impairs the garment's performance, especially moisture transport and drying time.
- Do not tumble dry, it wears out both the clothes and the environment unnecessarily. Most synthetic garments dry quickly anyway.
- Hang dry.
