Description
Performance delivered by nature itself, that’s the idea behind Puremerino Headband. It’s a light headband in 100% super fine merino wool for high intensity sports like running, cross country skiing, biking or ski touring.
Wool is a fiber with almost magical properties. It keeps you warm when it’s cold but has a cool feeling when it’s hot outside. It’s naturally odor resistant and keeps warm even when it’s wet. Puremerino Headband is made with 18,4μ super fine merino wool from Australia. Guaranteed mulesing free.
Puremerino Headband is made with a light 200 g/m² fabric that is ideal for high intensity activities where you don’t want a hat that’s too heavy or warm. It is warm enough to use in the winter, but light enough to use on colder summer days too. Fits perfectly under a ski or climbing helmet.
This product is recyclable and we kindly ask you to return it to us when it’s completely worn out. We have recycle units in all our own stores and at many retailers.

Care instructions
Wool material
Wool is a fantastic material with natural bacterial and dirt resistance. Therefore, wool does not need to be washed after every use. Frequent washing has a negative effect on the wool's properties and unnecessarily wears down the garment. Instead, air your wool garments between uses and wash only when needed.
- Use a washing bag to protect your garments.
- Machine gentle wash at max 30 degrees, preferably with a wool program.
- If you can, use wool detergents. Otherwise use mild, mild detergents and make sure to use the right dose. Select a detergent that has a neutral pH and no enzymes.
- Avoid bleach and alkaline substances that raise the pH value. Also avoid enzymes such as protease or amylase since these can break down wool, which give this material its natural performance properties. This also applies to silk.
- Avoid fabric softener, as it can reduce moisture transport and breathability.
- Do not dry in tumble dryer.
- Shape the garment after washing and lay flat to dry.
- Wool is a natural and living material that can relatively easily be formed. Therefore, please store your wool garments folded and not on a hanger to avoid your garments losing shape.
