We want you to be happy with your purchase and that your Houdini products will be with you for a long time ahead, therefore we have a 1 year return policy. This extended policy applies to all of our assortment, with one exception: Since underwear is a hygiene product, the product has to be unused and still in its sealed package. Other items need to be in the same condition as you received them with labels and tags still attached.
If you wish to make a return you can use the original package to re-pack your return item and seal it with the second glue stripe. Contact us at customercare@houdinisportswear.com do get a prepaid shipping label, a fee of $20 will be deducted from your refund when we have handled you return. Return the parcel at any service point as an ordinary package. We recommend that you get a receipt to follow your package back to us.
If you wish to exchange your product; please place a new order on the product you want and make a return of the original product.
