Q&A

– Where is the most beautiful place you have ever run?
”Lac Blanc, at the Flegere ski resort in Chamonix. ”
– You always look so happy when you run. Why?
”Because I get a chance to see great views, the stars in the sky and meet runners, and people who live in different cultures. Those opportunities make me happy while running. Although a race may be really tough, I can feel relaxed in the race, and feel comfortable - more than I feel physically fatigued. ”
– Do you do any other sports?
”I like skiing a lot. Especially, moguls and powder!! Trail running used to be my training for skiing. ”
– What's your Magic Moment?
”When I mentally meet the wild in my body. Sometimes I meet the wild. When I satisfiy my desires, I can meet the wild. When I do, I can run really fast, without getting tired. ”
– Your favorite YouTube/Vimeo clip?
”I don't have a specific one. ”
– What do you think would make the world a bit better?
”To find room for kindness towards other people in our hearts. I am impressed by the mountains, I always feel thankful. Running makes me thankful, rather than it makes me think I need to go for it. ”
